Getting started with Robin is straightforward. Our digital KYC (Know Your Customer) process typically approves accounts within 1-3 business days.

What You’ll Need

For Sole Proprietors

  • MyKad (front and back) - Business Registration (SSM) certificate - Bank Statement (business or personal) - Selfie for verification

For Companies (Sdn Bhd)

  • MyKad of directors/authorized signatories - Form 9 (SSM company registration) - Form 24 and Form 49 (if applicable) - Company Bank Statement - Board Resolution (if signatory is not a director)

Step-by-Step Setup

Download & Register

  • Download Robin from App Store or Google Play - Enter your phone number and verify via OTP - Create your account with basic details

Business Information

  • Enter your business name (as per SSM) - Select business type and category
  • Add business address - Provide SSM registration number

Upload Documents

  • Take clear photos of required documents - Ensure all text is readable - File size should be under 10MB each - Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF

Bank Account

  • Add your business bank account details - This is where your sales will be deposited - Support for all major Malaysian banks - You can update this later if needed

Identity Verification

  • Take a selfie for verification - Ensure good lighting - Remove glasses/hat if possible - Follow the on-screen instructions

Review & Submit

  • Double-check all information - Agree to terms and conditions - Submit for approval - You’ll receive updates via SMS/email
