- Forgetting to Cancel: If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that latest charge. If you forgot to cancel a couple of months ago and haven’t used the service since, we’ll refund you for those months.
- Unhappiness with the Service: If you tried Robin for a couple of months and you just weren’t happy with it, you can have your money back. We want our customers to get value from our service.
- Prorated Credit for Plan Changes: If you upgraded to a higher plan and didn’t end up using the extra features, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
- Downtime or Service Issues: If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day) or you had a critical issue that our support team was unable to resolve in a timely manner, we’d issue a partial credit or refund.
