Last updated: June 29, 2025If you’re ever unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact our support team and we’ll do our best to make things right. While we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the goal of treating you fairly, here are some examples of refunds we typically grant:
Forgetting to Cancel: If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that latest charge. If you forgot to cancel a couple of months ago and haven’t used the service since, we’ll refund you for those months.
Unhappiness with the Service: If you tried Robin for a couple of months and you just weren’t happy with it, you can have your money back. We want our customers to get value from our service.
Prorated Credit for Plan Changes: If you upgraded to a higher plan and didn’t end up using the extra features, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
Downtime or Service Issues: If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day) or you had a critical issue that our support team was unable to resolve in a timely manner, we’d issue a partial credit or refund.
