How to cancel your account and what happens to your data.
Last updated: June 29, 2025We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That’s why we make it easy for you to cancel your account directly within our products, including Robin.
The account owner can cancel their subscription at any time directly from the “Account & Billing” page within the Robin application. This is the only way to cancel your account. For security, we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone other than the verified account owner.
Immediate Inaccessibility: You won’t be able to access your account or your Customer Data once you cancel. Please be sure you download any data you want to keep beforehand.
Data Deletion Schedule: We permanently delete the content in your account from our active servers 30 days after cancellation, and from our backups within 60 days. Once permanently deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Billing Stops: We won’t bill you again once you cancel. For information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
