Last updated: June 29, 2025 We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That’s why we make it easy for you to cancel your account directly within our products, including Robin.

How to Cancel

The account owner can cancel their subscription at any time directly from the “Account & Billing” page within the Robin application. This is the only way to cancel your account. For security, we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone other than the verified account owner.

What happens when you cancel?

  • Immediate Inaccessibility: You won’t be able to access your account or your Customer Data once you cancel. Please be sure you download any data you want to keep beforehand.
  • Data Deletion Schedule: We permanently delete the content in your account from our active servers 30 days after cancellation, and from our backups within 60 days. Once permanently deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
  • Billing Stops: We won’t bill you again once you cancel. For information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Korrect-initiated cancellations

We may cancel accounts if they have been inactive for an extended period, or if they violate our Terms of Service. This includes:
  • Trial accounts: 30 days after a trial has expired without being upgraded.
  • Frozen accounts: 180 days after being frozen due to billing failures.
  • Free accounts: After 365 days of inactivity.
We also retain the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason at any time, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
