These Application Terms supplement our main Terms of Service, which continue to control in all other matters. In case of conflict between these Application Terms and our main Terms of Service, our main Terms of Service will take precedence.By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications, you agree to these Application Terms.
If you download our App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
License: The App is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis solely for your use on Apple devices that you own or control.
Apple’s Role: Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Warranty: If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligations regarding the App.
Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims you or third parties have relating to the App.
Intellectual Property: We, not Apple, are responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
Compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited parties list.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Some App features may work offline, but payment processing requires an internet connection. Any offline actions will sync when connectivity is restored.
